Just tell us the best ones:
Season 1, Episode 1
Just sums up the whole character of the series. That first scene where the naughty boy gets eaten by the innocent girl (who much later becomes an arch-villain in both Buffy and Angel) is just genius.
One of the few I've seen - I agree it's very 'good'!
Season 4, Episode ?
Hardly any speech in it at all - written as reaction to everyone saying the best thing about Buffy was the dialogue, to prove that there was more to it. Was really cool!
Season 4, Episode 17
I won't spoil it, but it's my all-time favourite.
Season 5, Episode ?
Very sad. No incidental music. Unbelievable sound engineering - brings out the unrealness of grief perfectly. Very well done episode - artistically the best Buffy by far.
Season 6? Sorry can't remember...
I expected it to be painful to watch, what with being a musical episode and all that, but it's COOL! Hilarious, vital to the overall plot, vaguely plausible storyline - what more could you ask for?
Unexpectedly entertaining. Almost makes up for a pathetic Season 6 climax.
