Thanks D - you are still great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And erm... he's reading as I type so I guess I should say that he's great too! Andy and Kathy have met him so they can tell you. At least I think their verdicts would be safe... can't guarentee it.
(Clearly he's not you though and he would never be as anti-that Jesus Christ Superstar musical as me and thee were!)

02:00 has come and gone - another target missed, another late night, another early morning, another tired day. Another.

Great - I just lost an hour and I am catching a 10:30 train in the morning! How am I supposed to sort out my sleep pattern when things like that happen.

Don't ask me about the time on this server. I don't understand it.

I don't know what's going on with sleep... yesterday I was woken up at 3.15am by my neighbours (the one who had a friend arguing loudly about weapons of mass destruction at 3.30am a few weeks ago till he threw him out) and couldn't sleep properly after that, so at 6.30 I decided to get up as the sun was blazing, and went for a brisk walk after breakfast (cos a friend of mine said he'd got Seasonal Affective Disorder and was always tired cos he worked at home in a dark room, but once he'd started going for walks outdoors in the morning it'd reset his body clock and he felt much better).
Then the builders started digging up the pavement outside my window with a pneumatic drill. But strangely enough I had the most productive day of work for a long while. Then I went to bed at midnight, looking forward to a sound night's sleep and woke up today at 4pm when there was a loud bang outside the window. I tried to remember if I was supposed to be somewhere and suddenly remembered that someone was speaking at the Linguistics Society at 5 whose work I'm discussing in detail in my thesis, and who could be my external examiner for it, so I really had to go. Somehow I managed to get over there and stay awake having not ate or drunk anything. What's going to happen this night? Sorry, this is turning into some sort of blog. I'd better go to bed...
